Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation in Returns Gift Bonanza & Festive Gifting Mania is voluntary.
2. For Returns Gift Bonanza:

a. You are eligible to participate if you place a single order for Ticket Compliments Gift Vouchers worth Rs. 25,000/- or more.
b. You will get one participation code for every purchase worth Rs. 25,000/- or more, of Ticket Compliments Gift Vouchers.
c. If the order exceeds Rs. 25,000, you will get one additional participation code for every additional purchase of Ticket Compliments Gift Vouchers worth Rs. 25,000/-.
d. One participation code gives you only one opportunity to participate in the Return Gifts Bonanza Lucky Draw.

3. For Festive Gifting Mania:

a. This is an early bird contest.

i. For Diwali gifting Mania, you are eligible if you place you order with us before 25th September ’09
ii. For Xmas Gifting Mania, you shall be eligible if orders are placed before 5th December ‘09

b. Lucky Draw will be conducted amongst the eligible participants in conjunction with the orders placed at our end
c. 10 lucky winners for Diwali Gifting Mania will win Ticket Compliments Gift Vouchers worth Rs 5000/- each
d. 10 lucky winners for Xmas Gifting Mania will win Ticket Compliments Gift Vouchers worth Rs 5000/- each
e. The eligibility will be calculated basis one single order only. There is no minimum order quantity defined to qualify
f. Eligibility cannot be carried forward. Those who have participated for the Diwali Gifting Mania will not be eligible for the Xmas Gifting Mania

4. Contact name and address:

a. Please provide the name and address for delivery of gifts in case you are declared as the winner.
b. The address, once chosen, cannot be changed during the promotion period.

5. Declaration of results: Results will be declared at the end of the festive season on XXth January, 2010 and the results will be displayed on the campaign website at www.giftpegiftscarnival.com

6. Despatch of gifts: Gifts will be despatched to the winners within 21 days of declaration of results.

7. The Lucky Draws shall be conducted by Accor Services Pvt. Ltd. at their sole and absolute discretion and the same shall be final & binding and shall not be questioned by any participant in any manner whatsoever.

8. The pictures of the prizes shown in the leaflet / website / communication sent to the participants are representative only and the prizes are subject to availability from the respective suppliers.

9. Accor Services Private Limited shall not be liable on account of any deficiency or defect in the products given as prizes to any winner.

10. The winners undertake to pay any taxes/ duties on the prizes as applicable.

11. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed.

12. The winners will have to produce an identification document at the time of receiving the gift. It could be PAN No., Driving license, Identity card or Voter ID card.

13. Relevant Income Tax / Government of India laws will be applicable to the winner of the Gift.

14. Accor Services Private Limited reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms & conditions applicable to the Returns Gift Bonanza & Festive Gifting Mania at any point of time.

15. All disputes arising out of the Returns Gift Bonanza & Festive Gifting Mania shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Mumbai.
